Topshop, Alice and Rock City.

Hello my lovelies,
So on Saturday I decided I would treat myself to a little shop at Topshop. I was in need of a few things and have recently lost all beanies so thought i would purchase a new one. I was so so happy when I walked through the door today and there it was my lovely package and all its' glory. The packaging for a start is so cute it's white with black dots all over it and is just super cute!
In the end I had bought one beanie two packs of hand and face wipes and a carmex lipbalm. In the rest of these pictures you can see just how cute the packaging is.
For my beanie I chose a simple black one and I know it's getting upto spring/summer but I love having beanies and black beanies are a simple must. They match every outfit and look good on almost anyone, any hair colour, skin colour etc. the hat didn't arrive with the bottom folded up but I think it looks cute like this. The hat isn't super soft but it is comfortable and, with me, it hasn't fallen off from tilting my head back as some hats do. The hat was about £10 and I really love it! (Look at the packaging! I said it was cute!)

Next thing is just something I needed as I ran out. Topshop sell these little mini face and hand wet wipes. These are perfect for putting in your handbag and keeping incase of emergencies. The first one I bought was 'cupcake' these are strawberry fragranced, they smell lovely and not too over powering they are really nice on my skin and leave me feeling super clean which is alwasy a good sign. The second ones I bought were just called 'hand&face' the packaging of these is superdy duperdy cute! They have little doodled hearts on them and are a bit mix-matched. These smell GORGEOUS! They smell of cherryade and are just genuinely lovely. These leave my skin feeling just as clean as the cupcake ones and I'm so happy I bought these. I think these were only £1.50 each.
The last thing I bought was some Carmex this is the most essential thing I think I have ever come across. It is amazing I think I could rave about this for years it's just brilliant! Please for the sake of your lips buy this. I think it was £3 which my seem a bit much but it is definitely worth every penny!
I know I said that was the last thing but I didn't buy this. I went to my youth group last friday and my beautiful friend Alice had this on. I absolutely love it! As soon as I saw it I knew I had to blog about it! She bought it from NewLook and I'm afraid I have no idea how much it was but this is absolutely beautiful and suits her so well! The very very last thing I wanted to say was there is a sort of club place in Nottingham called Rock City and my youth group is taking over it 3 times this year. The first one is March 15th. The youth group is called Destiny and we are just planning on having an amazing time. tickets are £2 on the door and it starts at 7:30 and ends around 10. Please if you live in the area do yourself a favor and get yourself there! I promise you you won't regret it.
To give you a bit of a taster of this amazing place go watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7q2pqZis10c
hope you all can come
much love <3

New Phone Case

Hello my lovelies,
I know I haven't posted in a while its because I made the silly mistake of clicking save instead of publish. (How silly of me)
I was recently browsing Etsy, it's sort of an online shop where people can sell things they've made and start up small buisnesses online, for a new phone case and came upon these

These phone cases are from a lovely little shop called ethic style (http://www.etsy.com/shop/EthicStyle)
These are literally the cutest phone cases I have ever seen! I first came across these watching Zoe Suggs 'Whats in my handbag?' on youtube (http://www.youtube.com/user/zoella280390) and it made me think I needed one in my life. I got mine in beige because I keep it in my handbag and well it's safe to say its a jungle in there and if it got a bit mucky the colour makes it less obvious (clever thinking Sacha).
I love love love this case it makes me smile every day because its just so cute! It's super handy and is so good at protecting my phone I accidentally dropped my phone and it didnt even scratch or make a noise because it's so padded!
There are only two bad things about this case:
1. The price... including post and packaging this cost me around about £20. But seen as though it's hand made and comes from Germany I thought this was a little more acceptable and more sustainable then a cheap one off ebay.
2. The time... I had to wait for about 3 weeks for this to arrive. The lady who makes them, Svetlana Eberte, handmakes them when you order to specifically fit the type you want (colour phone type etc). The postage takes a while as it is from over seas but not as long as expected.
I bought mine for my Iphone 4 but she does them for Iphone 5's, Ipads, Samsung Galaxy and Kindle.
I love mine and am definitely finding it worth the wait!
I really hope you check her other things out they are all so cute!
Much Love <3

How To Survive Valentines day!

Valentines Day is a great time for people who are in a relationship or wanting a relationship with that person they've been crushing on since they first saw them. But for the rest of us it just makes us feel lonely, so I decided instead of my usual fashiony make-upy things I post, I'd post a few tips on survivng valentines day.
So here it is:
1. Do NOT under any circumstance go looking for love at this time of year. Just because you might be spending it alone does not mean its ok to 'hook up' with someone for a few days to feel less lonely. Remember you both have feelings and we don't want heart breaks on valentines day.
2. Do NOT ask anyone 'out' around valentines. Even if you have both been 'getting it on' don't ask them out now. It may seem like a good thought seen as though it's the month of love but they might not feel exactly how you think they do, being rejected on valentines day will not make survuving it any easier. Also the thought of spending it alone could be too much and they will let you pamper them and when the season is over... well... let's just say you could be over to.
3. Do NOT  spend valentines day completely alone. Spend the days leading up to it with your friends and family. Be careful not to weird them out too much by being overly loving towards them as this could result in some very awkward "umm... i love you to man. Could you ummm... get off now please?" moments.
4. Do NOT buy yourself presents! If you do this I'm sorry just please... no more. Buy yourself chocolate buy all means but buying a teddy bear that says "Be My Valentine?" on it? There is no need. Save this job for your future valentine.
5. Do NOT bum yourself down by watching sad movies. Don't sit on your sofa with a hundred and one chick flicks were the beautiful girl gets the beautiful boy, stuffing your face with popcorn and crying "why will no-one ever love me?!" to your cat. Perk up! If this is your plan for valentines, go out! Go for drinks with your friends and have a good evening.
6. Do avoid couples. I don't mean you should lock yourself away for a week or two but don't be surrounded by cute couples that are always telling each other how much they love eachother. It will only make you more depressed.
7. Do spend time with your crush. I know what your thinking "You just said don't get together?" Don't get together but meeting up for a drink or a movie.
8. Do shop 'til you drop! When a time period comes along that we just can't handle (e.g. valentines day, the day you broke up with 'the love of your life') everyone knows retail therapy is the only way to deal with it. Treat yourself to a magical bath bomb from 'lush', a new pair of shoes from where ever you take your fancy, a new lipstick from 'topshop' or a store of you choice and a new outfit from a mixture of your favourite shops. Be careful not to bankrupt yourself nothing is more upsetting then getting a bank statement that says £0.99 left.
9. Do have a lazy day. My favourite lazy days are snuggled up in bed with hot water bottles enough pillows to drown in and watching films such as "The Lion King" (never too old for Disney!) or "John Tucker Must Die" (Such a good chick flick but is not your traditional soppy type)
10. Finally... Do wish upon a star. There is nothing wrong with wishing that Mr/Mrs Right will walk into your life sometime soon. Give yourself hope. Just because you spend valentines day alone doesn't mean your gonna be forever alone. Just remember "it's ok to be single right now Gods looking down on you thinking I'm saving this one for someone special"

Hope your all having a fantabulous week and this helps you survive the soppy season of love.
Much love <3
